In order to meet the demands for unique shapes and sizes, we installed a slightly modified APS3000 shaping machine.  The modifications allow us to shape boards or any number of watercraft up to 20+ feet long and up to 35+ inches wide.  Since we make the blanks on site, we can produce a wide variety banks utilizing any foam density to produce any number of finished products.
The APS machine is now operational, and we are now accepting orders for the cutting service.   The expansion of the glassing facility is now complete, and is designed to handle the larger boards.  The techniques of the glassing shop will include vacuum bagging processes as well as your standard lamination processes with fiberglass, carbon, as well as other technical fabrics and materials.

These are typical 12'3" ft blanks for Paddleboards.  These are made from 1.5 lb density foam with a 1/4" basswood stringer, but can be made from any density desired.  Our hotwire CNC foam cutter can cut surfboard and paddleboard blanks from inches all the way up to blanks in excess of 20 ft!    We are able to shape up to 20 ft boards on the APS3000 now that the extension is completed. The intent is to do some of the glassing by a vacuum bag process but standard laminating will also be the main stay of the bigger boards due to the additional cost of the vacuum bagging process.
