Pricing is based on a single stringer and additional charges are made for adding width, girth or stringers to the blanks. Prices does not include custom rocker designs. Prices do not include taxes or shipping cost.
All of the LD (Loehr Design) series rocker templates are based on Greg Loehr's designs. Most of the templates are done in "sets" and are computer generated to be proportionally consistent.
The LD-04 series is a very versatile range of scaled blanks made for high performance boards. Good on shaping machines and for handshaping boards that have a bit more volume. Also good for guns. If cut back 3 to 4 inches these blanks also make very nice funboards.
The LD-02 series is a more fine tuned range of scaled blanks. Very much cut to finished thickness these blanks are an absolute pleasure for handshaping with no thickness passes required. These make nice thin guns and if cut back 3 to 4 inches make nice thinner funboards
The LD-80's These are original templates from the 1980's. They make very nice retro fish and single fins along with nice, thicker style, fun boards.
Skinnys - Nice designs for very thin high performance boards. These were originally designed for flatter deck shortboards in the 2" thickness range.
Millennium - Made for high performance boards for bigger guys with modern high performance rockers. Also very versatile for larger guns. These shapes make nice funboards when cut back 4 to 6 inches.
These high quality blanks can be produced with any foam density from 1 lb, 1.5 lb, 2 lb, 2.5 lb, and 3 lb High Pentane EPS Virgin Bead foam. Blanks can be produced with stringer material such as PVC, Bender Plywood, Basswood, or any other specified materials to your order . We are not limited by the posted dimensions. Boards can be produced up to 24 ft long and 48 inches wide. If you can provide the template, we can provide the blank!
